These Terms of Service govern your use of ATScore, a product operated by DeepTier Labs. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

Service Description

ATScore provides AI-assisted resume scoring, ATS diagnostics, resume rewrites, cover letter generation, interview prep materials, and optional AI video coaching. The service is intended to help job seekers improve application materials, not to guarantee interviews, offers, or employment outcomes.

User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before using it in an application.
• You must ensure the information you submit and publish is truthful and accurate.
• You may not use ATScore to upload unlawful, infringing, or malicious content, or to abuse the service.

Payments, Credits, and Subscriptions

• Paid plans and add-ons are billed as described at checkout.
• Single Scan and Starter Pack credits do not expire unless otherwise stated at purchase.
• Pro subscriptions renew monthly until canceled.
• You can request cancellation by emailing [email protected] from the address tied to your account.

Refunds

If you're not satisfied, contact [email protected] within 24 hours of purchase. Refund decisions are handled according to the refund policy described on the site and at purchase.

No Employment Guarantee

ATScore does not guarantee that your resume will pass every ATS, that your materials will be selected by recruiters, or that you will receive an interview or job offer. Hiring outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.

Availability and Changes

We may modify, suspend, or improve parts of the service at any time. We may also update pricing, features, and plan structures. Material changes to these terms will be reflected on this page.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DeepTier Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of ATScore. The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
