ATScore is operated by DeepTier Labs. This Privacy Policy explains what information we process when you use ATScore, including the ATS Scanner, Cover Letter Generator, Interview Prep, and AI Video Coaching features.

What We Collect

• Your resume file or pasted resume content when you submit it for analysis.
• Job descriptions you paste into the tool.
• Your email address when you purchase credits, recover access, or request results by email.
• Basic payment and subscription metadata from Stripe. We do not store full card details on our servers.
• Operational logs needed to prevent abuse, diagnose failures, and deliver purchased results.

How We Use Your Information

• To analyze your resume and generate ATS scores, rewrites, cover letters, interview prep, and optional AI video coaching.
• To deliver access links, purchase confirmations, and result emails.
• To administer billing, credits, refunds, and subscription support.
• To monitor performance, security, and product reliability.

Resume Data Handling

ATScore is designed to process resume and job-description content in real time. We do not use your resume content for advertising, and we do not sell your personal data. Generated outputs and limited operational metadata may be temporarily stored when necessary to deliver purchased features, recover access, or troubleshoot service issues.

Third-Party Services

We use third-party providers to operate the service, including Cloudflare for hosting and infrastructure, Stripe for payments, and AI providers for analysis and generation features. Those providers may process data submitted through the product solely to deliver the requested service.

Data Retention

We retain only the data needed to operate the product, fulfill purchases, recover access, comply with legal obligations, and resolve support issues. If you want data deleted, email [email protected].

Your Choices

• You can request account-access recovery from the email address tied to your purchase.
• You can request cancellation of a Pro subscription by emailing support.
• You can request deletion of retained support or account records, subject to legal and operational obligations.
